Kiwi Pineapple Popsicles

Ingredients:

Two tablespoons of honey

Six ripe kiwi-peeled and sliced

Combine the fruit and honey in the blender and process until you have a smooth consistency. Fill the popsicle molds with the concoction and freeze them for 12 to 24 hours.

Lemonade Berry Slushies

Ingredients: 

Two cups of frozen berries

The juice from two fresh lemons

A half cup of sugar or artificial sweetener equivalent

Two cups of ice cubes
